Shepherds.Homes is a real estate technology company offering hands-off asset management. From evaluation to resale, one partner for your property: Shepherds plans, furnishes, leases, hosts and runs your home and, when you choose, sells it, under one agreement. Every month you get a statement with each booking, cost and payout, and photos of the home.
I am a broker or agent. Can I work with you?
Yes. Register on our Partners page. We take every owner you introduce from evaluation to signing, and your fee is paid on signing or closing.
Is this property management?
It is part of it. We are a real estate company that works on your home from planning to resale: evaluation, upgrades, leasing, hosting, operations, reporting and sale.
Who are the guests?
Families, professionals on work trips, corporate teams and long-stay tenants. Every guest is screened and ID-verified.
What if something is damaged?
Every stay starts and ends with photos. Damage is recovered from the guest’s deposit or the booking platform’s damage cover, and fixed by us.
Can I use my home sometimes?
Yes, under the revenue share. Block the dates with us in advance.
How long until my home is live?
It depends on how much set-up the home needs. You get a dated plan after the evaluation.
