Security and our caretaker check your written confirmation or Airbnb or Booking.com voucher and your original IDs. Prepaid stays only. Staff cannot sell, hold or extend a stay, for anyone, past guests included.

Damage, theft and misuse pursued in full
Every home is photographed before and after each stay. Airbnb claims go through the Resolution Centre; direct and company bookings are charged as set out, and theft, fraud and overstays are reported to the police.

Only Shepherds management handles IDs and contact details. We never sell or share guest contacts or leads, and use them only for your stay and the reporting the law requires.
