Privacy

We collect your name, phone, email, ID photos and a selfie, booking details and payment references. We use them to screen and confirm your booking, run your stay, meet legal reporting duties (such as Form C for foreign nationals) and resolve disputes.

• We never sell or share guest contact details or enquiry leads. Your details go only to the booking platform you booked through, payment providers and, where the law requires, the authorities.
• Your details are used only for your stay. Only Shepherds management handles IDs, and staff on site see only what your stay needs.
• We contact you only about your stay and our business: your booking, payments, and, for guests who booked with us directly, offers, loyalty programmes and new homes. Airbnb guests are contacted only about their stay, as Airbnb requires.
• Nobody at Shepherds, on site or in management, may contact you personally for anything else. If a staff member reaches out to you for personal reasons, or misuses your details, please let us know at ceo@shepherds.homes or +91 8971814740.
• ID photos are kept for as long as the law and any open dispute require, then deleted.
• You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, unless we must keep it by law. Write to ceo@shepherds.homes.
